Silvio Berlusconi's threat to topple Premier Mario Monti's brings about outcry

Mr. Berlusconi made the threat in a press conference on Saturday following a Milan court charged him of tax fraud and gave him a four-year jail term which was quickly reduced to 1 year under an amnesty law.
